Spinning is for anyone from the age of 16+. This is a fun-filled class for anyone to join and love as we have upbeat music to cycle to. Spinning Classes consist of :

 

  • Up Hill

  • Sprint

  • Hovers

  • Jumps

  • Push Ups 

  • Combinations

 

Where you can burn 300-700 calories per Class! With our amazing spin Instructors who will make sure you leave sweaty but with a smile. 

What is Spinning:

A spin class is a high-intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine.

The result is your legs are constantly moving. This is fantastic for Cardio, Fat Burning, Defenition, and Strenght.
