the first thing you need to establish is how often your eating. Most people eat around 2-3 meals a day, when in fact you should be eating a minimum of 3 meals a day Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Now if your eating 3 times at a minimum the next step is to increase your Metabolism ( your metabolism is when your body burns fat ) so if we increase your metabolism now your body will burn fat so much faster.
There are so many ways to do this, one simple and effective way to do so is to start EATING MORE, yes you read that right, Eating more OFTEN not MORE FOOD.
Let me explain; Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day then your lunch should be at a medium size and dinner being the smallest. Now when eating more often your not changing the size of your meal your just adding in small little snacks, never go longer than 5 hours with no food otherwise your body will go into starvation mode.
Starvation mode in short is when your body uses its prehistoric instinct and will store fat as fat will keep your warm during the cold times, but your body still needs to function still needs protein and energy, so where does its take it from ? Your muscle, yes you will lose weight very fast you'll see the change but it a really unhealthy way of doing so as your muscle will start to shrink as your body is using it up. Your body needs the muscles to move that's always your body to move and function. Finally when you get to your weight and you now want to start eating how you used to eat you will gain back all that weight and more even faster than losing it as your body will store all it can as it has no idea when it will eat again, your body doesn't know you can go to the fridge and open it up to have a healthy snack so it will store it all again.
This is why we need to increase our metabolism correctly and in a healthy manor.
One last tip: Once you wake up you should eat breakfast within an hour of waking this will start your metabolism early meaning you start burning fat from that moment and on words.
