I’m a UK-registered clinical dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Surrey, currently pursuing a Postgraduate in Endocrinology & Diabetes through Queen Mary University of London. My mission? To provide evidence-based, personalized nutrition that transforms how you feel — not just physically, but hormonally and mentally.

With clinical placements across leading NHS hospitals and a thriving private practice in Cyprus, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on everything from weight loss to chronic disease management.
