Now I know what your thinking. Boot Camp, Hard, Painful and Sweaty... Not to worry.

 

As all the classes here at Greek God Fitness we want you leaving with a smile and feeling great. It will be challenging and you will leave sweaty but you'll have fun and it will be enjoyable.

 

Boot Camp is a Total Body workout that consists of Circuit Training, HIIT, RBT, Cardio To Resistance and so much more. These Class will push you and make you work, remember beginners and advanced are welcome to try otherwise you'll never know what its like 

What is Bootcamp:

In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pull-ups, pushups, lunges, and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence, a boot camp workout is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
